Your Six Week Body Makeover

Going from fat, flabby and frumpy to firm, fit and sexy can be achieved by any woman regardless of age, genetics or past exercise history. But quite often it can be traced back to the stories of fitness failure that something was missing from the program in the first place. For many women – this is where the secrets of becoming sexy, fit and firm can usually be discovered.

Most would agree there are concepts in every day life that apply to more than just one area of your life. A good example – there are many lessons that I’ve learned in the fitness business that I carry over into my personal fitness and nutrition habits.

One of these basic lessons has been like gold to me and I’m sure it will help you as well. It has been an effective tool in allowing me to help women find true success in their desire to become sexy and fit.

A few years ago I began keeping a brief list of five questions that I would answer, from scratch, every 2 months or so. As easy as this exercise may appear – it has undoubtedly helped me stay laser focused and crystal clear on my goals (both personal and business) and my true intentions – this has literally been priceless.

Before I started doing this – I would unknowingly ‘drift off course’ or easily get side-tracked from a meaningful project or necessary milestone – delaying my progress or painfully prolonging any substantial results.

Since I started doing this simple and quick exercise – my business development, my fitness, my health and all areas of my life have improved considerably and consistently.

Reflecting on this positive life experience I thought it would be a great idea to set up several health and fitness related questions that you can keep referring to every few months to help keep you laser focused and regularly moving toward your fitness goals in terms of your specific body improvement & physical enhancement desires.

Take a minute to answer these essential questions. Feel free to copy and print these for your own use at home or at the office:

ONE – How would you describe your worst problem spots, from a physical, visual perspective? In other words – What bothers you the most about your body?

TWO – How do these trouble spots make you feel? Examples: Angry, depressed, fearful, embarrassed, ugly, resentful etc.?

THREE – Describe your top goal for your body? If you could just wave a magic wand over your entire body what would it look like?

FOUR – What would it mean to other areas of your life? As in relationships, choice of clothes, career, etc, etc…?

FIVE – Describe how you would feel after these health and fitness improvements? Happy, sexy, attractive, empowered, younger, confident, in control, etc.?

SIX – How much time are you willing to spend, daily, on your home exercise program in order to achieve your most coveted physical improvement goals? Is it 20 minutes, 35 minutes, 70 minutes, 90 minutes, etc.?

Don’t think twice about this body enhancing exercise. Print this out. Rewrite the questions by hand or type them via computer – and just answer them. Keep it simple the first time through – and then maybe try a more in depth version. Repeat every 8 weeks or so – and be sure to follow through on acting in ways that re in line with how you answer the questions.

If you put this into use – you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve. I’ll be the first to tell you – “you can be sexy, fit and firm”.
