What did I do wrong with the six wk body makeover?

I started the six week body makeover by Michael thurmond and after a week I only lost .5 lbs!! I only have about 10 or 15 lbs to lose. Everyone said you would see rapid results and it would be great! What are some pointers for this program? What could I be doing wrong?? I followed everything just as it said. Any help would be great!!

If you did everything just as it said, and didn’t lose, you probably are already at or near your individual ideal weight.
If you are a girl, it could be that time of month when you gain no matter what you do.
In either case, just continue through the 6 weeks. You may lose more that you think you will.
